Cette viande, exempte d&#8217;antibiotiques, r\u00e9pond aux inqui\u00e9tudes croissantes li\u00e9es aux r\u00e9sidus d&#8217;antibiotiques dans le poulet. L&#8217;initiative b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du soutien de l&#8217;Association de Protection et d&#8217;Orientation du Consommateur et de son Environnement (Apoce).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le &#8220;Poulet Vert&#8221; d\u00e9coule d&#8217;une collaboration entre le laboratoire fran\u00e7ais Biodevas, son partenaire alg\u00e9rien Plantaxion et le groupe Khider, un acteur majeur de l&#8217;\u00e9levage avicole en Alg\u00e9rie.
